Privacy policy

Pagi Labz runs this store and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Tebex is the merchant of record for every order and is responsible for the data it collects to process your payment, under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Cfx.re is responsible for your Cfx.re account and the login and delivery it provides.

• A cart cookie named pl_basket: an essential, httpOnly cookie that holds the identifier of your Tebex basket, so your cart works across pages. It expires after 7 days.
• A short-lived note in your browser's session storage that remembers an item you were adding while you log in with Cfx.re. It's removed as soon as you're back.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

When you add a product to your cart, our server creates a basket with Tebex and passes along your IP address, which Tebex requires for baskets created this way (for example for fraud checks and tax).

After a purchase, Tebex shares order details with us, such as your Cfx.re username, email address, the products you bought, the amount paid, your country and the Tebex transaction ID. We use them to deliver and support your purchase, handle refunds and prevent fraud.

When you open checkout, the Tebex payment window loads from Tebex's servers, and Tebex's own cookies and privacy policy apply inside it. We never receive your full card or bank details: those go straight to Tebex and its payment providers.

When you buy, our server posts a short sale notice to a private Discord channel used only by the Pagi Labz team, so we can follow up on orders. It shows your Cfx.re username, the products you bought, the amount paid and the Tebex transaction ID.

We post a similar notice when a payment is refunded, declined or disputed, and when a subscription starts, renews, changes or ends, with the reason Tebex gives, if any. These notices never include your email address, name, IP address, or card or bank details.

You log in on Cfx.re's own page, and Cfx.re shares your account identity (such as your username and account ID) with Tebex so the purchase can be granted to your account. We never see your Cfx.re password.

If you contact us on Discord or by email, we receive what you send, such as your username, email address and messages, and use it to help you. Discord's own privacy policy applies to messages sent there.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We use this data to perform our contract with you (delivering and supporting your purchase), to meet legal obligations (such as keeping sales records), and for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, keeping the store secure and keeping our team informed about orders.

We keep order records, including the order notices in our team's Discord channel, for as long as we need them for support, refunds, fraud prevention and our legal record-keeping obligations. Support conversations are kept while they're useful for helping you. The cart cookie expires after 7 days.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run the store, or when the law requires it:

• Tebex, our payment partner and the merchant of record, which runs your basket and payment.
• Cfx.re, which handles your login and grants the scripts, MLOs and tools you buy to your Cfx.re account.
• Our hosting provider, which runs this website.
• Discord, which hosts our team's private order notices (your Cfx.re username and order details) and any messages you send us there.

Some of these services may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. For payment data, you can also contact Tebex directly.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

The store isn't aimed at children. If you're under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before buying.

We'll update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
