Terms of service

This website (the “store”) is run by Pagi Labz (“we”, “us”). By using the store or buying a product from it, you agree to these terms.

Checkout is provided by Tebex. Tebex is the reseller and merchant of record for every order: it processes your payment, handles tax and issues your receipt. Tebex's checkout terms (opens in a new tab) apply to the payment itself, alongside these terms.

If you buy on behalf of a server, community or business, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

Scripts, MLOs and tools are delivered to a Cfx.re account. At checkout you log in with Cfx.re, and your purchase is tied to that account. Use the account that owns the license key of the server where you'll run the product.

You're responsible for keeping your Cfx.re account secure. We will never ask for your Cfx.re password.

Prices are shown in the store currency. Tebex calculates any VAT or sales tax that applies to your location and shows the final amount before you pay.

Your order is confirmed once Tebex completes the payment. If a product was listed with an obvious pricing error, or we can't supply it, we may cancel the order and any payment will be refunded through Tebex.

Coupons, gift cards and creator codes are applied in the cart and may have their own conditions.

Digital products are granted by Cfx.re to the account you logged in with, usually within a few minutes of payment. You'll find them in the Cfx.re portal (opens in a new tab) under Assets → Granted assets. See how delivery works for the full flow.

Custom video and design work is delivered as agreed for your project.

If something hasn't arrived, contact us with your Tebex transaction ID (it starts with “tbx-”).

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on FiveM servers whose license key belongs to the Cfx.re account that bought it. You're buying a license, not ownership: all rights we don't expressly give you stay with us.

You may:

• use the product on servers registered to your Cfx.re account, including development and test servers;
• edit the files that are left open, such as config files, to fit your server.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away, leak or upload the product or any part of it, including edited versions;
• try to decrypt, bypass or remove Asset Escrow or any other protection;
• reuse the product's code, models, textures or other assets in anything you sell or distribute;
• remove credits or present the work as your own.

Quotes for custom work are based on the brief you share. Before we start, we agree the scope, price and timeline with you, and anything outside that scope may need a new quote.

Once the work is delivered and paid for, you may use it to run and promote your server or brand. Unless we agree otherwise, we may show the finished work in our portfolio, and we keep the rights to our working files, tools and techniques.

We may release updates to improve a product or keep it working with FiveM and the frameworks it supports. Updates are delivered through the Cfx.re portal.

We work to keep our products running smoothly, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every framework version, third-party resource or future change to FiveM. Support is offered through the channels on our support page.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, your license ends and your access to the product is revoked, including its escrow license.

If you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling a product, your license ends and we may revoke your access to the product, including through Cfx.re, without a refund.

The store relies on services we don't control, including Tebex (payments), Cfx.re (login, delivery and Asset Escrow) and Discord (community and support). Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their availability.

Pagi Labz is an independent creator. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. FiveM and Cfx.re are trademarks of their respective owners.

Products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, lost data or server downtime, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies to purchases made from that date.
